Though drink options were unique, nothing really stood out. Would've liked to have more tea options or even classics like Thai tea or taro milk tea. Decided to get the mango coconut twilight. Basically dessert in a cup, though it did have some gelatinous substance (mochi maybe) that was able to fit through a straw, which was a fun surprise. Def LOADED with sugar, esp given the marshmallow topping. We ordered 2 drinks yet it took a long time for them to come out. Not a bad place but def not my cup of tea. Overall the place felt like it was for literal kids with the over the top PINK color everywhere and the Instagram-able corner.

Good boba tea with a wide selection of drinks and toppings. Drinks are not too sweet like other places even at 100% sugar. Fast service, and drinks are fairly priced. Also, cute place.

Today I went to Ume Tea and placed an order. I waited for more than 25 minutes. Many people who came after me placed their orders and received them before mine. I asked the male server about my order, but he just looked at me and didn’t reply. I told him that I had ordered 25 minutes earlier, but he was busy preparing Uber orders and didn’t say a word. I am a regular customer here, so this was very disappointing. After asking several times, my order finally came. When I told him my name to collect the order, he asked me to show the receipt number. I noticed that he didn’t ask anyone before me for their receipt number, even though 10–15 orders were given out before mine. I told him the name, but he still didn’t give me the order. Instead, he took the drink from my hand and put it back. I had ordered using my husband’s number, so I had to call him and ask him to send the receipt. After I showed it, the server finally gave me the order, but his behavior was very rude and careless. It felt like he was giving it to me for free rather than serving a paying customer. I am giving this rating because of the staff’s behavior, not because of the place or the quality of my order. The drink and the place are usually good, but the service I experienced today from the male staff member was very disappointing

My favorite bubble tea spot once I moved to California & their snacks are too good especially their popcorn chicken! 10/10!

Hi Ume, what is this cup :(. My online delivery order was cancelled twice and took 1.5 hours to get to me. No seasoning included in my popcorn chicken and one of my drinks came in a random cup..
