⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience Highly Recommend Stress Free Auto Care truly lives up to its name. They did an incredible job servicing my Chevy Suburban, and the entire experience from start to finish was professional, honest, and seamless. My Service Advisor, George Schultz, was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. It’s rare to find someone who communicates so clearly and genuinely cares about making sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle. The technicians were just as impressive. They didn’t just perform the service — they thoroughly diagnosed my vehicle and checked for any potential issues to make sure everything was running properly. That level of attention to detail really gave me peace of mind. As a first-time customer, they also gave me a discount on my oil change, which was a great gesture and shows they truly value their customers. Oly was very knowledgeable, he provided excellent customer service and communication. I went for AC , they did excellent work. Explained everything to me. His team was great, clean service lobby, provided a service vehicle, gave recommendations on what I should have fixed. I really liked that they did a full inspection from top to bottom with pictures provided. I will definitely go back and refer Stressed free auto. Their name really fits. Stree free. Thank you for a great experience.

This is my second time going to Stress Free (went to the Santa Clara location last time), but regardless, they’re always great! I got an oil change and tire rotation; their courtesy inspection of my whole car helped me figure out I have some other issues to fix and I am so thankful for that! Definitely recommend going to them!

Best mechanical service I've received!! As a woman I've had other mechanics try and explain some things and when i questioned them i get a "you don't know what you're talking about" attitude! But Stress-Free auto care really was stress free! I got detailed explanations (pictures included) of the process before they began working on my car. I didn't have to stress about getting a ride to my house after being told my car will be in the shop for a minimum of 6hrs. . . And even in those 6hrs, i was updated through text the progress of the fix! Definitely love their services! Staff were very nice! I parked at the back and was lost looking for the front office entrance (I'm horrible with directions anyways) and one of the staff was helpful enough to walk me to the front door! I've been raving about them to anyone who knew my car was getting fixed so Stress-Free Auto Care has my absolute gratitude and customer satisfaction!

I’m new to the Bay Area, and it quickly became clear that finding an honest and reliable mechanic can be a real challenge. A week ago, my car broke down due to a faulty water pump and thermostat. I had them replaced by a mechanic in South San Jose, but early Sunday morning while I was in Fremont, I noticed all the coolant had drained again. I called Stress Free Auto Care at 8 AM, and George was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional from the very beginning. Even though it was Sunday, he accepted my car right away and assured me his technician would take care of it the same day. Not only did he keep his word, but he also gave me a 50% discount on the diagnostic service and had my car repaired by 4 PM at a very fair and respectable price. What really stood out was the customer service — George even provided me with a loaner car so I could continue taking care of my business while my car was being repaired. Everyone there was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me. I’m extremely happy with the experience and can confidently say I found my auto shop here. Highly recommend Stress Free Auto Care!
