I had a great experience at KT Auto Repair. They recently repaired the wheel bearings on my car at a very reasonable price and completed the work in a timely manner. The service was professional, honest, and efficient. What really stood out was their customer care — since my vehicle needed a few hours for repair, they even gave me a ride home and didn’t charge anything for it. Fong helped to replace Toyota Sienna headlight. Fong is kind and put on missing screws near bumper. A quick and excellent customer service.

We towed our hybrid Pacifica to him, he spent a non-trivial amount of time trying to diagnose it. Got it jump started ultimately, just enough to drive to the dealership since he did not have the parts. Did not charge us anything. Delightful first experience at this shop.
