This is one of the best coffee shop in the Fremont, Bay Area, California. I have been to this Cafe since 2015, A year ago they changed the seating Chairs and Tables they are so clean and comfortable. The Manager Dre is a cool smiley person, He is very attentive when coffee spills or cleaning required at the dining area. Employees are very friendly, One of the employee Aubrie is very active and get job done immediately. Another girl Jaiveen is also so friendly hard working person. Particularly, They maintain restrooms clean all the time. Entire Cafe store team is so friendly and they clean tables and chairs more frequently so the the Cafe looks so pleasant and pleasurable! Finally, It's one of the great ☕️ Cafe to come and chill drinks and spend time!

Visited Starbucks with my kids on a rainy Saturday evening, and it was a great experience. The café had a cozy and relaxing vibe, making it a perfect spot to enjoy coffee with some snacks. The service was quick, the ambiance was pleasant, and it wasn’t crowded, so we had plenty of space to sit comfortably. It was a nice, peaceful break from the rain. I went to pick up my order and it was not ready. The staff stated that the order did not belong to that location, even after I showed a screenshot with the order number. It appears that someone else had already picked it up. The employee named Mia seemed visibly annoyed about having to remake it, and the interaction felt unprofessional. I would like to note that the cashier was kind when I added an item to a drink. However, overall the experience was negative.

Delicious food a pastries. Staff super friendly, if you don’t have enough time you can always order to pick up. Great hours and close to the hotel I was staying!

Got my Frappuccino the first time it didn’t even taste like any frappe roast. It was way too mochi asked for a remake then it tasted like an icy smoothie. didn’t want to ask for a remake anymore, but ratios just aren’t right they need to relearn how to make Frappuccino’s.
