First time on this branch. All ordering I did was on the kiosk. I did not see anyone behind the register when I ordered. The donut was not desirable. The texture was like that of a day old donut. Similar to the Costco frozen cream puffs. The loaded tater tots was so salty in taste. 👎

It’s been over two years since I went to Dunkin Donuts, and this has to be one of the worst experience I had coming here. There used to be much seats here, but they took out most of them and replaced them with a kiosk. They also don’t have the donut menu removed, which I don’t know why considering that it’s a donut shop, unless you go to a kiosk to check the prices. Also, I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. Pretty much, it tasted like hot water. The only good here is the donuts and probably some items. I think the issue is that the prices increased while the food quality is low, which probably made other customers turn away to go to other localized donut shops. I guess that there’s still a trend that most nationwide fast food places with that kind of issue.

The Service at this location is absolutely awful. I was here on Tuesday, April 21 7:20 in the morning one man was there and one came in late that was wearing glasses. He was so rude to everyone. This place is ran so awful. The customer service here is absolutely zero stars. If you want to waste your time and waste your money and get treated like garbage definitely go to this place. I am so shocked at how unreal and how sad this place is Rang if you try to call the phone number it’s disconnected so disgusting. I’m so disgusted. The rude man with the glasses was so rude to me when I walked out. I’m a business owner right across the street and I will make sure to tell everyone how awful it was. !!

They need to manage their workflow. They have 4 staffs but food serve super slow and even missed and mistaken twice on our drink ! Didn’t get our order for 30 mins.

Got the French Cruller and coffee with cream I've missed so much after moving overseas. Still tastes the same! The staffs are super friendly, they don't give you rush look while you're still debating on your own which donuts to get 🤣 Highly recommend this location. And thank you to the staff working here!
