Myself and my Mom went to the introductory session and we felt very warmly welcomed by the nice volunteer (sorry I forget the name) who explained the ideas behind Sahaja Yoga meditation and walked us through the technique and the meditation. I am interested to learn more about it and do this again.

Sahaja Yoga meditation is giving me emotional, physical and mental balance to face the challenges in life. After trying numerous other ways to meditate I could find peace within only through sahaja yoga also as the name suggests it is very sahaja(simple) to understand and practice!
