What types of meditation classes do you offer?

We offer introductory Zen meditation workshops on Saturday mornings, Ten Chakras Zen Meditation classes on Saturday afternoons, and advanced Zen meditation during the week.

Are the classes taught in English or another language?

Our Ten Chakras Zen Meditation class is taught in English by a live teacher. We also feature Shifu's video teachings and advanced Zen meditation with video in Mandarin.

Can I just drop in for meditation?

Yes, all visitors and practitioners are welcome for drop-in and meditation during our Thursday evening open hours from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
