We live in Newark. and friend has been using this location and since it is well-staffed. Theye nany branches. Overall very happy with Quest ease of online booking, mobile check-in and appropriate wait time. Very good test result turn-around time too, usually 2 day. Nice and hygienic place. Peaceful atmosphere in waiting lounge. On arrival kiosk before blood work. In time work. Well displayed on TV monitors

I had to wait to eat schrduled an applintment it smells disgusting inside the waiting room and it explains on the tv you will receive a message for your appointment. I did not and they completely skipped me and i was unable to wait as why i scheduled an appointment. You cant even speak to someone about the issue.

After being very clear that my veins were very hard to find and it took a very experienced phlebotomist to find one, the tech assured me she was experienced. And then she stuck a needle in and moved it around, hoping to find a vein. This was extremely painful and didn’t work at all. She went and got another tech, WHO DID THE EXACT SAME THING. Finally, one of them got Elmira, the lead, who was able to accomplish the blood draw.
