One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. I found this chiropractor through my insurance company’s website as an in-network provider. When we arrived, the receptionist verified our insurance coverage over the phone and then escorted us to a consultation room. No concerns were mentioned. We waited 30 minutes before the chiropractor briefly stopped by to say he was running late. After another 20 minutes, he finally came in, spent about 10 minutes asking about medical and family history, and then informed us that they were actually out of network. By that point, my wife, who was already in significant pain, had been sitting there waiting for nearly an hour. Had they communicated the insurance issue upfront, we could have left immediately and sought care elsewhere. What made this especially frustrating was that the office appeared to know there was a coverage issue before we were ever taken back. Instead of being transparent, they wasted our time and prolonged my wife’s discomfort. Offering a few “free tips” afterward did little to make up for the lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr Fisher is kind and understanding. I recently got into a car accident and he was able to tell me the cause and procedures that have to be done. I really recommend this place !

Omg! This place is wonderful! I brought my mom here because she has been in a lot of pain for the past couple of months. Dr. Fisher was very thorough in not only explaining why my mom was in pain but also in explaining the best treatment plan for her. He definitely takes care of his patients very thoroughly to ensure we have the best experience each time we come in. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a much needed chiropractor.

Dr. Paul is a friendly, knowledgeable person. He explained all the impacts that my body had from the accident and explained the corrective/restoration procedures. The clinic staff are friendly and helpful answering any question that I have regarding insurance. Feeling much better after 2 sessions, hoping to recover in the next 2/3 months.
