I love coming here for my nails. Michelle always exceeds my expectations!! I showed her my inspiration for stained glass inspired nails and she did an amazing job! Absolutely in love with my results :)

Don’t come here! I left extremely disappointed. I visited this spa on 9/4 to treat myself to a mani-pedi for my 50th birthday. My appointment was at 4:30, but I wasn’t attended to until about 20 minutes later. The pedicure started off nice, and I was enjoying the massage chair, until things quickly went downhill. Out of nowhere, another nail tech pulled up a chair beside me and began working on my hands while the pedicure was still going on. She placed a pillow on my stomach with a machine balanced on top, all while I was supposed to be relaxing. At this point, I had someone working on my feet, another on my hands, the massage chair going, and a machine on my lap—it was extremely uncomfortable and chaotic. To make matters worse, the nail tech actually turned off the massage chair because it was “moving too much” for her to work. What should have been a peaceful, pampering experience became stressful and unpleasant. It felt rushed from start to finish, as though they just wanted to get me out quickly. I spent $130, and as I was paying, I had to ask the tech to re-file my nails because the edges felt rough. She quickly grabbed a file and did it right there at the front counter—completely unprofessional. Within three days, my gel manicure started peeling. Now, just one week later, four of my nails are already peeling. I was told gel would last longer, but my regular at-home polish holds up better than this. For the price I paid, I expected quality and relaxation, but instead I left stressed, uncomfortable, and with nails that didn’t even last a week. Very disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion.

Update: Still love this place. Nikki is the absolute best!! I came to nail please on a total whim. My usual salon was closed and I was desperate to get out of a bulky set. Nails please said they would have last minute availability for me, even though they were clearly very busy and not long until close. They were super friendly and accommodating. Nikki did the best job!! She was so precise and quick! I have been getting non stop compliments and I loooove the design. Seriously so impressed with her technique. It was exactly what I asked for and better than I thought it could look. From shape to color it’s a 10/10!! I will definitely be back. Go to this salon!!

Had a great experience! Booked an appointment with Michelle and she was very detail oriented when it came to doing my GELX nails! She constantly asked if I was okay with the shape, color and design, which I appreciate because it made me comfortable enough to speak up if I wanted her to fix something. The price for these was $88 + tip, which is not bad at all. Will surely book another appointment in the future :)

Excellent service and friendly staff. Really appreciate being able to get in on a Friday without an appointment. Very nice ambiance with soothing music and nice, modern decor Suggestions for this business: -Clean menus -Please properly sanitize nail tools for pedicures -Throw away old nail polish (had to have toes repainted due to thick and sticky nail polish. -Offer disposable flip flops -Offer a seating area with fans for nail polish on the toes to dry properly! (Many nail places offer this)
