Went there on a recommendation. I was very clear wanted a pedicure with gel manicure with powder. Just to clarify I did show them the picture too of what I wanted to the man behind the counter and both the pedicure and manicure. They gave me a price.Then comes the show. Everything was an add on. Remove callus 10 buck. Which I was OK with. Then I go to check out the price is much higher plus she claims cuticle removal is extra. Which salon adds extra to remove cuticle during a manicure? When I argued she removed that but still charged more claiming the initial person did not know anything Also they sold me on a 10 min massage for the pedicure. I clocked it...barely 5. The timer they claim that she had turned off before the massage. The man behind the counter clearly mentioned 10 min massage not 5. So the response below was not correct. A lady before me was also having a similar argument with the man on charges and at some point gave up. They use language as a barrier to say they did not understand. How can you run a place for 20 years and not be clear on client needs and costs. I encourage small businesses in fremont but sorry this one does not make the cut. Added: Read their response...Sorry their response contradicts my experience. I showed them pictured right up front.

I recently visited this salon for a pedicure and had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, centered entirely on deceptive payment practices and appalling customer service. At no point during check-in or before my service began was I informed that the salon operates on a cash-only preference or that there would be a surcharge for using a credit card. Upon completing the service and attempting to pay with a card, the receptionist informed me of the policy and the extra fee. When I expressed that I was not aware of this, he became immediately rude and defensive, telling me he couldn't inform everyone and that I should have read the policy notice. The supposed notice was not located anywhere near the entrance or reception desk. It was in an incredibly inconspicuous location where any average customer could easily miss it. This lack of upfront disclosure, combined with the poorly placed signage, feels intentionally designed to trap customers into either paying the undisclosed surcharge or leaving to find an ATM after their service is complete. This practice is predatory, unprofessional, and left me feeling scammed. I strongly advise potential customers to carry cash and be prepared for exceptionally poor customer service if they question the salon's policies

Tracy was amazing. Tracy did my powder French tip nails. She was fast and accurate And meeting Anh for the first time, she was very friendly and kind Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Loved my nails. They were patient and spent good time creating the design I chose on internet. I recommend Annie and her mom Lisa. Tisha was very sweet and did my pedicure. Overall very good customer service.

I've been going here for a few months now. I love it cause the owner is always getting new colors in and the girls are wonderful & friendly. They are pretty busy on the weekends so I would recommend making an appointment.
