After 10 years of being a loyal customer, I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated today over a $10 repair. I brought in a pair of tights to have a hole fixed, but when I picked them up threads were hanging off the fabric and a small whole still existed. I let them know my concerns of the repair it holding. The photo speaks for itself. Instead of offering a refund, they asked me to drive back and refused to refund me altogether. It’s not about the $10 — it’s about customer service and basic business ethics. Sadly, this experience was enough to lose a customer of 10 years. I would not recommend this place

She did an exceptional job tailoring my suits, fast turn around and fair price.After trying 3 different shops around, Mimo will be the only shop in the area to get my business.

I had pants done with the Bobby pins in place and agreed alterations. When my pants came back she wasn’t able to do exact alteration, still charged 40.00 although the job was incomplete. I don’t think she can do tough alterations and kept repeating over and over I cut 4 inches. Go somewhere else

I get my jeans tailored here! It’s super cheap and done within a week. It’s cost efficient and done fast!

Teresa is SO amazing and gets things done in a timely manner. I had some pants hemmed, and they came out like I had just bought them from the store!! Very sweet lady. Very professional. Less than 16$.
