Sameera is an amazing hairdresser who is truly passionate about what she does. She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and is incredibly meticulous. Very happy with my look - exactly what I asked for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes real pride in her work. I hope the owner addresses this issue as soon as possible. Sameera needs to get training again. She messed up my haircut again. She's always on her phone talking while working every damn time. I had to remind her, 'You're overdoing it, stop it, and concentrate on my hair.' She didn't listen and actually cut half a chunk off my crown hair. She did this last time with my daughter, and now it’s me. If they have to be on their phone, why work and mess everything up for everyone? On top of that, she kept ignoring my instructions when I asked her to stop. She told me, 'Let me do it correctly,' but no, she's making it worse and asking me to stop.

This will be my 3rd time going in to get pampered. Every single time I go there is exception service. You may have to wait a bit to get your needs met if you don't book an appointment but it's worth the wait. If you do book an appointment they will always be ready for you. If you want to achieve a very voluminous blow out, ask for Gheeta!!! She is the sweetest and will have you looking beautiful for your occasion.
