Kevin and Pam are always so helpful with our entire State Farm insurance portfolio (ie auto, umbrella, home insurance etc). They are both readily accessible to answer all of my questions. For this reason, we have been a client of theirs for over 30 years. And now that Kevin is also involved with Rocket Mortgage, he has helped to make some recommendations which we will follow up on when the time is right for us.

Kevin has been my agent for you over 15 years and still calls to see how Im doing every once in awhile, even though over the years I've made it like pulling teeth for them to get documents signed.. truly the best agent I've seen. The real deal.
