I’ve been with Rich Castro’s office for over 40 years - it’s top notch professional. Each time I’ve had an insurance issue, Rich and Bernadette stepped up to the plate, and immediately delivered. Bernadette in particular has been a pleasure to work with - she’s responsive, she understands the business, and above all, she fixes problems. I highly recommend this office!

The Rich Castro Team is fantastic. Professional and extremely knowledgeable, they find a way to make it a pleasant experience dealing with something as mundane as insurance. More than anything, they handle things so very prompt and accurate. I have been a client for many many years and they couldn't be better. I have always had Rich Castro at State Farm as my auto insurance and never had any issues and was always happy with their reasonable pricing. I never thought much about it. And then I was forced to use a different company for a vehicle lease, and went through the wringer with several national insurance providers, they took forever to get anyone on the phone, their quotes were confusing and their prices outrageous, and every exchange I had with them was frustration and annoying. I had taken for granted how honest, easy, and pleasant Rich Castro’s wonderful team were. And how competitive and reasonable their rates, and best of all, everytime I call I get a pleasant conversation with someone who is caring and I get whatever information or issue I needed answered without a huge fuss.
