That was easy. I obviously introduced myself at the beginning of the phone call as anyone does i when they call somewhere. It was handled extremely rudely she had a huge attitude. Had she actually said sorry or spoken politely I would not be taking the time to write this review. Instead of defending the situation an apology would show more character and professionalism on your part. Please train your staff to be respectful.

I've been going to this dentist since I was a kid. I believe I've been always given an honest answer/opinion for treatment and, in general, my teeth have been taken well care of by Dr. Hariz and staff.
