I visited this clinic as a new patient for an exam and cleaning. The dental hygienist was excellent — she was thorough, took X-rays, explained her observations clearly, and recommended a fluoride treatment after the cleaning. She also mentioned that I might need a deep cleaning and said the doctor would review the X-rays and advise whether it could be done at their clinic or if a referral would be needed. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was quite different. When Dr. Chung came in, the visit felt very rushed and did not even have five minutes. He appeared to spend very little time reviewing my X-rays or examining my teeth and suggested we would look at everything in more detail at a future appointment. No clear recommendation was provided regarding the deep cleaning, and the fluoride treatment that had been discussed was not performed. I decided to give the practice another opportunity and scheduled a follow-up appointment for a more detailed discussion. However, a few days before the appointment, I was informed that the doctor would not be available, and the next appointment that worked with my schedule was nearly a month later. As a new patient, I was hoping for a more comprehensive evaluation and clearer treatment plan. While the hygienist’s care was excellent, the overall experience left me disappointed.

I’ve been going to this office for over 20 years. Have recommended to all of my family and friends. From the front desk to the cleanings all the way to Dr Chung, everyone is so kind, accommodating, and easygoing. I never dread going to the dentist.

The staff here are really friendly and the facility itself is nice and clean. The best part about this place, though, is that Dr. Chung personally performs the procedure. He's also very good at explaining everything clearly, and he makes sure to give you plenty of time to ask any questions or address any concerns you might have.

I was referred to Dr. Chung by my Endodontist. Dr. Chung is very thorough and knowledgeable about dentistry. He is easy-going and communicates well with the patient about the steps and procedures he will take. I had a great treatment with him to fill a cavity. It was fast, painless and fixed. I would highly recommend Dr. Chung to others.

I like to thank Dr. Chung for being very honest, generous and patient to explain and answer my many concerns. Even though i didn’t do the procedure due to the very high cost without an insurance, but I still appreciate Dr. Chung took time to see me and give his advice. I really appreciate! I will recommend him!
