Just wanted to start off by saying the experience I’ve had over the last three months has been amazing. Dr. Alex has been incredibly helpful throughout my injury rehab process and has been very informative as well. I’ve learned a lot that I’ll be able to carry with me moving forward. Going into it, I was skeptical because I’ve been to a couple of insurance-based physical therapy clinics before and never had the best experiences. I often left feeling unsatisfied or like I wasn’t truly getting better. However, over these last three months, Alex has consistently challenged me physically and pushed me to get where I needed to be. The process is definitely worth it, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering physical therapy especially athletes. Dr. Alex really understands how to help you recover, improve, and get back to where you need to be.

Dr. Alex is the real deal. I was in rough shape when I sought him out two months ago - sidelined by persistent hip and lower back pain and unable to run recreationally. He immediately assessed me and sketched out a very accurate picture of various misalignments, biomechanical issues, etc. and developed a remediation plan to match. This plan has been excellent and far more tailored to a sports context than a generic physical therapy program, utilizing a range of Functional Range Conditioning drills (with weights and resistance bands), joint stabilizing exercises, and NEUBIE protocols. Each session leaves me blasted, in a great way - and I come back noticeably stronger each week. Just this past weekend, I managed to do a 6-mile run mostly pain-free - a far cry from barely being able to roll out of bed several weeks ago. I would especially recommend Dr. Alex if you are a current or former athlete as he is an athlete himself and knows how the body should optimally move in a wide range of different contexts. I also really like his coaching approach; it is highly motivational and helps me up my intensity during our training sessions. The best is when you're hooked up to the NEUBIE at a Level 8 and are just gritting your teeth and grinding through the movements with his encouragement. It has helped me rediscover a kind of "fight" that I had lost over years and years of soft, sedentary office work. Greatly appreciate all of your assistance, Alex. -Joe

I’ve been seeing Dr Alex for a few years now, and have always gotten excellent care. He has helped me with many issues. From neck, shoulders, back, hips, Achilles, even sinuses, and now wrist. Always has a solution for any issue I’ve had. I will refer any and all to him.

I have been seeing Dr. Alex for a reoccurring shoulder issue and he was able to help me strengthen my shoulder and give me exercises to continue the mobility progress. Most importantly, he gave me confidence so I can continue exercising without fear of re-injury. He is friendly and very knowledgeable and his schedule is flexible so making appointments is easy. Also plenty of parking at his office!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Alex for a few years now, and he has always been extremely helpful in addressing my needs. Whether it’s an injury, ache, or pain, he takes the time to assess the issue and treat it effectively, helping me get back to training as quickly and safely as possible. What I really appreciate is that he doesn’t just treat you during the session—he also gives you exercises and tools to continue working on your own. This has made a huge difference in my recovery and has helped me stay active and feeling good. Dr. Alex truly cares about his patients and their long-term health. I highly recommend Core Performance Chiropractic!
