Let's start with good thing first. They took me at 4:30 on Sunday evening. As glad I was to be taken at such last minute, I was similarly disappointed by the result. I went for pedicure and acrylic refill. Pedicure was done quickly, but I was surprised that no scrub was there. When asked they said its extra. At $35, other places do include scrub, and this is a regular nails place nothing fancy. The disappointment and frustration was the refill. It took more than 2 hours for the refill. No nail designs just plain nail paint. But the lady took so long. After this extra time you expect flawless result, right? Wrong. There were still gaps at the nail bed, but I was too tired to point it. At the end the lady noticed nail paint smear on skin and I kid you not she tried to scrape it with the tool used to clean under the nails. I had to ask her to leave it so that I can leave. Worst thing, the quality is so bad, that the nails and nail paint started to chip in less than a week. What a waste of money and 2 hours. Argghhh

This nail salon is in a strip mall next to Home Depot. There is a s always plenty of parking. I always setup an appointment but I see a lot a walking. I usually get their #7 package with gel nail color. I like shorts nails and Natalie and her crew do a wonderful job every single time. Natalie gives good suggestions on color and style. I love the hot stone and oil massages. It makes me fall asleep every single time. I’ve been a customer at this nail salon for over a decade and I keep coming back.

Called to make an appointment and the guy told me it was OK to come in. Wasted my time and gas driving to this location only to be welcomed by a closed shop. Tried to talk to the old lady with short hair but she ignored me and went inside the car. Mind you the guy on the phone even called me TWICE to confirm I was coming in. He said that he's going to tell the lady to WAIT. They could've called to tell me not to come in. Very unprofessional. I can see they only have 3 stars. DONT COME HERE WASTE OF TIME. UPDATE: Everyone this is the OWNER of Beauty Secret Spa in Fremont. Very disrespectful and doesn’t know how to control his emotions. He does not take accountability for anything. He says "don't blame anyone but yourself". I don’t expect nothing less from a 3 star business. Mind you this person told me they CLOSE AT 6. I will be telling everyone on my social media platform to not come to this location ever. Pls change the name to Ugly Secret Spa it’s more suitable for you. Find you something safe to do.

Quality is sloppy. They don't know how to do nails. They laugh and talk about you in their language. On top of that be prepared to go home with bloody cuticles they will cut you and it will get infected. I don't thinks their tools are even sanitized. Gross.

They are very good, I really like it because I get my brows done there and they look very nice. They also, do nails I got a manicure it was very relaxing. They have beautiful vibrant colors to choose from.
