I have been seeing Dr. Kat for a couple years now for my lower neck and mid back pain. She was able to thoroughly examine my muscles using tests to see what was the main cause of my pain. Her adjustments are powerful and I always feel amazing leaving her office. I love that she is so kind and understanding and I don't feel rushed like other 2 minute chiropractors who barely even acknowledge you when you arrive. Kat takes her time and the 30 min chiropractic appointment really matter to me because everyone in the world is always in a rush. But here, I can slow down, breathe, and take time for myself. What's great is that she sends me home with exercises to do at home to prevent my pain from returning and I know that I can always count on her to help me if ever I need her for anything in the future! Thank you Dr. Kat, you're the best!
