I can’t say enough good things about Purrfect Auto Service in Placentia! Shiraz, the owner, is incredibly kind, professional, and honest. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone in the auto service industry who genuinely cares about their customers like he does. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and my car runs like new. No pressure, no unnecessary upsells—just solid, trustworthy work. Shiraz and his team have definitely earned my trust, and I won’t be going anywhere else for car service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, honest mechanic. Thank you, Shiraz!

I came back today to bring my challenger because they did a great job last time. They didn’t have enough time because they had other cars also but after they saw how bad my brakes were they went right to work. I didn’t know how dangerous it could be and they made sure they helped me SAME DAY! Means a lot, I’ll always come back here, really appreciate them! They’re all so nice :)
