Sell you anything and make you feel happy. Their warranty is garbage. They will never honor it. I even have a case number and no one would help. Stay away from this place. People will sell you a dream. All lies. Don't trust anyone there. They smile in your face and then stab you in the back. Soon as they have your money. That's all they want.

I recently called this company not really knowing what I was looking for, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The representative I spoke with took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my space, my lifestyle, and what I hoped to get out of a spa — and actually listened to the answers. They walked me through several options without ever feeling pushy, explained the differences in jet configurations, seating capacity, and energy efficiency in a way that actually made sense, and helped me narrow it down to the perfect fit for my patio and budget. What stood out most was how personalized the experience felt. It wasn’t a scripted sales call — it was a genuine conversation with someone who clearly knows their products and cares about finding the right match for the customer. Whether you’re looking for a spa, hot tub, or anything else to elevate your outdoor space, I highly recommend this company for all your patio needs. You’ll be in great hands!

The representative was very professional, friendly and outspoken. Great interaction and a perfect spokesman for the company. Just the pricing was too much.
