I absolutely love this yoga studio! The community is incredible, and the teachers and staff make everyone feel welcome, supported, and encouraged from the moment you walk in. The studio is always clean, and the vibe is fun. I appreciate that there are no mirrors, no windows, and no distractions—it creates a space where you can truly focus on yourself, your breath, and your practice. I never thought I'd fall in love with hot Baptiste power yoga, but now I can't imagine my routine without it. This studio has become my happy place. I recently completed the 200-hour Awaken Teacher Training, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had. It deepened my connection to myself in ways I didn't expect and gave me a strong foundation in my yoga practice. It also helped me build the confidence to lead a room and share yoga with others. I'm incredibly grateful for everything I've learned and for the amazing people who supported me throughout the journey. If you're looking for more than just a workout—if you're looking for a welcoming community and a place to grow both on and off the mat—I can't recommend this studio enough. I'm so grateful to have found this place. ❤️

Omgosh this studio is so fun and has 3 levels of yoga for all types of people!! I’ve taken 2 classes with Hayley and 1 with Glen and so far I’ve had no bad experiences!! They make you feel so welcome and the community is awesome!!

Spotted Dog is SERIOUSLY something special ❤️🐾 I’ve been practicing here for almost 5 years, and every step of the journey has been amazing. The community is incredibly welcoming, the teachers are inspiring, and the heated room creates the perfect space to challenge yourself, release stress, and grow stronger in both body and mind. Every class leaves me feeling grounded, energized, and connected. I have gained something from every class I have taken and there is always something I needed that day. Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is the real deal. No ego, no intimidation — just a welcoming space for real people who want to move, breathe, and feel good. The community here is unmatched, and the consistency of the classes is incredible. No matter who’s teaching, you always get a strong, thoughtful, reliable practice.

I got to visit this FUN and PLAYFUL yoga studio for the first time recently while driving through California. Both the owners were there, a kids yoga class was happening in their second studio space, lots of welcoming and friendly people, and such a colorful studio! They definitely know how to make the experience FUN. It was a great yoga class, hot and sweaty, and I left with some merchandise. Everyone seemed so connected and like one big family. Great vibes here. Can't wait to be back!
