Such a fantastic shop with great people who are true car nuts and it shows. I took my old Porsche to California Autohaus to get a bunch of work done to get it baselined and ready to go another 20 years. It was a full engine out, replaced every wear item and add a few aftermarket items. Amazingly, Ilia the master tech, did all that work and put it back together again without a single hiccup. If you have ever had that much work done on an older vehicle, you know how special it is to find a mechanic with those kind of technical skills. The service writer was also very good. I knew going into this it was going to be expensive but Craig did a stellar job of tracking down parts, researching the service history and making sure I wasn’t throwing away money on parts or labor, he even calculated labor based on what it would actually be and not by the book that doesn’t account for the engine already being out. Communication was also fantastic and I got the car back detailed and clean inside and out. They did such good work I have them working on my Lexus right now. 10/10 highly recommend and glad I found these guys.

I recently started bringing my Range Rover to California Autohaus for vehicle service. They have been very professional and thorough explaining and breaking down game plan. Not to mention timely. I would recommend them for your vehicles. Two thumbs up. June 2026 brought my wife's Range Rover in for suspension issue they ran diagnostic and found suspension fault was air struts, they fully explained what is recommended and all my options. I was satisfied with the estimate and two days later the work was completed. My wife is now happy and safely back in her baby. Great job Craig and team, Thank you so much. 👍👍

I’ve had my Land Rover worked on at California Autohaus in Encinitas for the past 10 months, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience from start to finish. They’ve handled a range of work on my vehicle, and throughout the entire process they’ve been knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to communicate with. If you’ve ever owned a Land Rover, you know these aren’t the simplest vehicles to deal with, but the team here clearly knows what they’re doing. What stood out most was their consistency. Over a long stretch of time, they stayed reliable, kept me informed, and delivered quality work without cutting corners. That kind of trust is hard to find in an auto shop. If you’re looking for a place that actually understands these vehicles and takes pride in doing the job right, I’d definitely recommend California Autohaus.

Great service, Todd got me in same day to fix the AC in my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, He and our driver, Hirad were great! Very kind, helpful and efficient! Thanks to everyone inside and outside the office for being so helpful, such excellent team work is so appreciated! Thank you for saving the day and making our trip a success 😍

This place is as good as the reviews say, which is saying a lot. The entire staff seems amazing but if you can, ask for Craig. Craig set up the appointment, walked me through the details ahead of time and the entire repair went exactly as outlined, no bad surprises. Getting work done is never fun, especially on an expensive euro car, but at least it's done with transparency, honesty and the utmost professionalism thanks to Craig and California Autohaus. Thanks Craig - will be sure to make an appointment with you the next time my Benz needs something...but hopefully not too soon! Cheers
