Absolutely amazing experience! Andy was incredible, so helpful, kind, and patient with me throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and made me feel completely comfortable trying something new. He's a sweetheart. We did a 60-minute contrast therapy session, and wow.. it was unlike anything I've ever experienced! It was definitely a surprise at first, but afterward I felt incredible, energized, and ready to conquer the day. The facility is beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming. Makayla was so sweet and made sure we knew exactly what to do when we arrived. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to do something great for their body and overall wellness. I can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Andy!!

I had such a great experience here! The facility was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed, and the floating sensory deprivation session was such a unique and relaxing experience. I also loved the little details, especially the Le Labo soaps — such a nice touch. A special shoutout to Andy for making the whole experience welcoming and comfortable. I left feeling completely relaxed and would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for a different kind of wellness experience!

Extremely welcoming and just a pleasant experience! The girls in the front were more than happy to explain each vitamin shot and giving great recommendations based on what we may be looking for especially as first timers They offered complimentary tea and gave it to go since our service was quick, the nurse was also amazing and making sure my bf was ok as he was nervous with the needle lol We will definitely be back!

I’ve never been to a wellness spa, and this just set the bar very high. Upon walking in, everyone was cheerful and welcoming which put me at ease because I really didn’t know what to expect. I was given a walkthrough of how the Contrast 60 worked and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I had just come from the gym, and usually I can feel my knee until the next day, but the combination of the cold plunge and sauna genuinely helped my knee feel so much better. Can’t wait to go back honestly, I’m already planning my next session and I just left!

The entire team was so so welcoming & kind. The facility is so clean and their system was so organized. It was my first time & I went in for cryo, contrast, float, and light therapy, as well as IV. Mikayla seamlessly walked me through all the rooms and gave such a thorough explanation of each room and the benefits gained from each therapy type. Such an amazing place and awesome team!
