My experience at this Blue Mercury location was nothing short of wonderful! I placed an order over the phone with Anna. Anna’s customer service skills are superb! Everything arrived extremely well packaged and she even included samples for my Wife to try. I appreciated her diverse knowledge about skincare, haircare, and makeup products. Thank you and I will be ordering again soon.

I rarely share reviews but felt the need to after a horrible experience this weekend. I visited with the goal of quickly finding a specific product, but the service I received from a salesperson named Anna was unacceptable. Despite repeatedly explaining that I was on a strict time constraint, Anna was incredibly pushy and ignored my requests. She used aggressive "hard sell" tactics to pressure me into a product three times the price of the one I was interested in. When I finally agreed to the more expensive item, she realized it was out of stock and insisted on shipping it to me. I explained that I could not have the product shipped because I have upcoming travel and did not want a nearly $200 item oxidizing in my mailbox. Upon hearing this, Anna became visibly annoyed and rudely walked away. As a loyal customer who chooses Blue Mercury for upscale products and personalized service, I found this behavior reminiscent of aggressive mall kiosks rather than the premium experience I expect from your brand. I hope you will take this feedback into account to ensure better service in the future.

If i can give these ladies and the whole team at this location a 10 star I would! These ladies are so deserving of anything positive that comes their way. I've seen with my own eyes countless times in store of the amount of help they give to customers, honest options to build sales, warm personalities, and overall welcoming environment. All of these ladies need a raise in my opinion and really hope theyre being compensated for for what they all do so much of. Jackie the manager has truly built such a great team of people that all work together even when times are hard right now but just makes me and many others to come back and shop. Just wanted to leave an amazing review for some amazing people, they deserve it.

Great makeup, skincare, and beauty store. They carry niche fragrances you won't see at Sephora! Vilhelm, BDK, the Harmonist, Boy Smells, Etc. I picked up Dune body sunscreen from here and it is affordable. I'll visit again. :)
