This location is always clean and welcoming. Diego was super helpful with my Amazon return. Normally I use the self serve kiosk but today they didn't have the bags, instead of just handing me a bag, Diego helped me and was really personable. This location has great customer service.

I’m recovering from a wrist injury and Diego at the El Cerrito Plaza location didn’t hesitate to offer help bringing in a heavy box from my car. He even opened the door to the store for me while holding my heavy box! It was all very helpful and appreciated. There was a small line, but definitely worth the wait for 5 star service. If only I could give 6 stars!

Rosemary helped me today and she is very patient and kind! The customer service has def improved recently, I've been going to this location for 10 years and seen it through ups and downs. Still recently, at times, they seem understaffed. Also, definitely prefer having human assistance over using the kiosk. My most recent visit today was awesome though! 4 stars overall but 5 stars for Rosemary

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely outstanding experience at The UPS Store! The level of customer service here truly goes above and beyond. Rosemary was exceptional—friendly, patient, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. I also want to recognize Avish, the manager, for the excellent leadership and professionalism he brings to the store.

I have visited this store several times for my shipment needs. My overall experience is always pleasant. They have an all star team namely- Carlos, Amish, Evelyn, Aarya, and Aayush... They each deserve recognition for their efforts in making the store run as smoothly as it does! I appreciate their help whenever I need support, they make it a priority to assist me. They are fully aware of how to equally distribute their attention with much organization. This is one of the best UPS stores in the Bay Area and I am thankful its close to my neighborhood. Keep up the good work everyone!
