Decent sized gym with fairly new equiptment. Has been more busy since hilltop 24 shut down. Some equiptment is down longer than others which can be frustrating. Cleanliness tends to be an issue especially in the women's locker room. I've raised concerns about crusted red bodily fluid on the walls of one of the stalls in the bathroom with 2 employees over the course of 3 weeks. (Possibly closer to a month at this point.) I was told the second time one of the janitors may have missed it. I said it's weird that they've missed it for at least 3 weeks since the last time I brought it up. Mirror room has been down for a few months since the flood happened and doesn't seem to be opening any time soon. During peak hours it can cause congestion on the floor between people stretching and working out. Sauna has been down for a while too for remodeling. A little frustrating considering there's flyers for updates coming soon and advertisements for annual plans. The next closest 24 is 10 miles away. 🤷🏼‍♀️ it'd be nice if things were clean and working.

I was a 24 Hour Fitness member for about 7 years (until 2020) in another city. Having recently moved to the area, I wanted to try out this location before deciding whether to join again. I signed up for the advertised 3-day guest pass on their website and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, Edwin immediately pushed me to sign up for a membership instead of allowing me to use the guest pass. I explained that I wanted to try the gym first to evaluate the workout experience, equipment condition, and amenities before making a commitment. The experience became frustrating because I was repeatedly given different reasons why the guest pass could not be honored. First, I was told the system would not allow it because I was a former member, even though the same system had already generated and emailed me the guest pass confirmation. Then I was told they did not want to honor it because many students return to the gym during this time of year. Then I was told that if he was a customer he would only feel comfortable leaving his bags around if he knew everyone was a paying member; despite guest passes being offered by the company and my identity being verified. Another disappointment was that some amenities were closed due to flooding, which was not mentioned during the tour until I brought it up myself. Given my history of being a long time loyal customer, I don't understand why I was treated the way I was. The inconsistent explanations and sales pressure gave me a poor first impression. Update: About three hours after I left, Edwin called and offered to let me come back the next day on a one day guest pass. This made the earlier refusal even more confusing. I likely would have considered joining if the equipment and amenities met my expectations, but the customer experience left me feeling very disappointed.

Great for my interest during off hours. Peak hours are good for those who are more sociable. Good equipment, enough space. If one dislike; Pool is 3 lanes and not coordinated. Set for two "swimmers" per lane though I believe we can see the challenge there with the quantity of members. Locker rooms and showers are good and maintained. Overall, good setting , simply set your time based on your social preference.

I checked this branch out for the first time and they recently remodeled the gym and I was very impressed. Met Stephen at the front desk and he was super friendly! This is also one of the only branches that is truly open 24 hours. They have wet and dry saunas which was awesome! The sauna dropped to 90°F from 120 at 11 PM, but I hope that changes.

The space in this gym and all of the machines are well functioning. The employees at the front counter are always welcoming and really nice. They were able to troubleshoot an issue with my buddy pass situation. I always have a great time during my workout here :)
