Had a wonderful experience booking the full party room in February. My server was Javier and the manager on duty was Jacob. I had booked a few weeks in advance. As a busy single mom I was looking for something quick and easy to navigate and their website was extremely user friendly. I had questions and was able to go inside and get a little tour before booking to see what size of room I was working with. All my questions were answered and I was given specific instructions. During the even I was checked in on and made sure everything was going smooth. I even was offered the overhead speaker for bluetooth music which I loved having that option even though I declined. Don't leave a huge mess and just make sure your guests DO NOT leave FROSTING on the carpet and you will be all good. I got my deposit back and I did not feel like they rushed me at all. My kid was super happy as well as my guests. Highly recommend!

I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent league play on Lanes 31–34 over the past month. First, I want to express my appreciation for the desk staff and mechanics. Whenever a breakdown occurs during our games, the mechanics respond quickly and resolve the immediate issue so we can finish our sets. Their efforts during live play are always greatly appreciated. However, over the last four consecutive weeks, we have experienced recurring, identical mechanical disruptions on these specific lanes. While the quick fixes keep our games moving in the moment, the underlying cause does not appear to be fully addressed between sessions, leading to repeated delays week after week. As regular league bowlers, consistent pinsetter operation is vital to maintaining pace of play and competitive fairness. We kindly request that the maintenance team conduct a thorough inspection and bench service on Lanes 31–34 prior to our next scheduled league night to resolve the root cause of these issues.

Took my nieces and nephews here for their first time bowling. Ages 6, 4, 2 and 1. Had a blast! The oldest can be a little tough to handle but Kalin (not sure how to spell her name, she was the arcade attendant) was SO helpful with him! Definitely made the whole experience even better the way she talked with him and helped him pick his prizes. So thank you, Kalin! We will definitely be back so see her again

We took our 8th grade students and they had a blast. Javier and the rest of the team were amazing. The students and staff had a lot of fun! Thank you Playzone for hosting us.

The parking lot lights are not coming on at night, and right now it’s very dark. We have asked employees and they say they will let someone know. It’s makes for a dangerous situation as we are in close proximity to the railroad, which has unhoused people living there.
