Actual service professionalism by service employees and advisor were excellent. Overall rating was due to primary complaint of front radar intermittently failing could not be corrected as vehicle did not store failure codes. This has occurred in the past because vehicle is not recording failure codes. This is a reflection against Hyundai and not the dealership. Whenever the check engine and other failures have been detected, even the Hyundai app would report no issues detected, even while the error was still being displayed as active.
