Brawley Quick Lane Mobile Service completed the work on time, in a professional manner, and at my home! I was duly impressed with Josh, a mobile mechanic, who re set my truck’s dashboard after Ford issued an emergency alert! Josh arrived at my home earlier than expected and spent less than a hour working on my vehicle. Thank you Josh and Brawley Quick Lane for helping me to stay safe whilst driving.

Well they were short on staff so the wait was almost 2 hours, but I’m not complaining I understand. Also they provide a nice spacious lounge to relax in while you wait. I really liked that they will let you know during the service what else your vehicle needs to be attended to, such as battery, wipers, tires etc. The quality of service makes the price hike over Walmart worth it any day. Also Ross, Jack in the Box, Starbucks are all in walking distance.

Outstanding experience! I would like to commend El Centro Motors, a small-town dealership. I highly recommend El Centro Motors for anyone that wants top notch service in a small-town dealership, that is hard to come by these days over big corporate dealers. Eddie Palomares is my salesman, he is highly knowledgeable on the Ford product line, fully transparent, and went above and beyond more than any salesman that I have dealt with. I have bought a lot of Super Duty's over the years personally and for business. He is without a doubt the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I was able to negotiate a deal on the spot without being bounced person to person. I even met Mike Morris (one of the owners).He was able to get me a fair deal on the truck without a bunch of BS add-ons. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership i was able to negotiate the deal, purchase the truck, and drive off the lot, which is unheard of these days. Unfortunately, the following day I discovered the truck had catastrophic engine failure. I contacted the dealership and they confirmed that the engine was going to need to come apart. AJ Jawanda the Service Advisor was great and knowledgeable and understood my concerns of the engine being taken apart. AJ, Eddie, and Mike went to bat for me with Ford Motor Company and had me in a new truck 3 days later. Eddie personally delivered the truck to my house over 2 hours away from the dealership on his day off. You will not get this kind of service in any corporate dealership, I know this because I have dealt with a lot of them. It's nice that small town dealerships are still around to give great service, which big corporate dealerships do not provide. Prior to this I supposedly had ordered 2 trucks for my company at a Corporate Dealership in San Diego. I ordered these trucks on January 5 and had not received an email confirmation or able to confirm via phone call that the trucks were ordered. I spent several days trying to verify if they were ordered through the dealer to be informed by this dealer that I have purchased several trucks from that they had the wrong email for me. Which is funny because they send me emails constantly for routine maintenance work on my current vehicles. After providing them with the correct email I still did not receive a confirmation that the trucks were ordered. So, at this point because of the great service that I received at El Centro Motors, I ordered a truck from them and received a confirmation and a build date within a couple of days of the order. This is GREAT small town dealership service! Eddie Palomares has earned my loyalty and business for my company and personal vehicles. AJ Jawanda has earned my business for service. Just a great atmosphere and business model. They are no BS, straight to the point and make things happen!

I had my vehicle towed to El Centro Motors after a major fuel leak on our way to SD from Arizona. From start to finish, the staff was exceptional! I am grateful for their professionalism, but also for their compassion during a stressful situation for my son and me. Jose went above and beyond by working with the rental car company so we could continue on to my work obligations. Upon returning, they clearly explained that the parts, repairs, and warranty approval would take another day or two. We truly appreciated the constant communication and diligence they provided. Thank you to all who had a part in getting us back on the road and home safely. Highly recommend!
