Didn't have any products ready I waited 10 minutes and still wasn't ready still gave them my business because my girlfriend wanted cinnamon pretzel bites she said they were delicious 3 stars because they had no pretzels ready

Just saw comment. Yesterday customer service was slow and only 6 items were in window and most of it was one flavor and it was going to take 10 to 20 minutes for anything else to be done. She worked on one pretzel for 2 diffrent customers and every customer she said I'll be right with you still working on that one. The pretzels I got she had to salt the butter and salt were warmer than the actual pretzel. Not worth it.

Delicious pretzels and amazing costumer service. I'm so addicted to this place now that I have to stop by it everyday. I don't usually write a review on yelp، but when I do, damn that place must be great. Just stop by and get their pepperoni pretzel, You will fall in love. Can't wait to go back tomorrow.

My experience at Auntie Anne's was that the store is very clean and the pretzels are always fresh. They also got good manager specials. I would go to Auntie Anne's again and recommend it to everyone.
