My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was my first time eating here. The boneless wings were 🔥, The only problem was the service, we asked for WELL done ✔️. So when we got our plates I cut my steak and it was really pink. I was going to eat it like that l, but by the second bite I wanted to throw up. So my husband called the server. I had also gotten a drink, it tasted nasty so they removed it, off of the table. I asked for another drink and it wasn't even the one I had asked. We didn't get the guys name that came afterwards to find out what was going on. So thank you for that! But we just walked out. After that experience, I honestly don't think I'll be back here for food.

Went to El Centro Applebees with my buddy. We shared a 2 for 25 meal with a chicken tortilla soup and the soup was great. Raquel was our server and her she was speedy with the refreshing diet cokes. She was kind and was quick with a joke as well. Definitely coming back to see her. Maybe I’ll try the French onion soup next time.

Francis delivered a strong guest experience at Applebee’s. She greeted guests quickly and set a welcoming tone. She stayed attentive without hovering. Drinks stayed full. Orders came out accurate and on time. She checked back at the right moments and handled requests with urgency. Francis kept a positive attitude throughout the shift. She communicated clearly and made guests feel valued. She resolved small issues before they became problems. Her service created a smooth, enjoyable visit and reflects the standard expected on the floor.

I haven't been in this place for a while but today it wasn't pleasant at all. I understand that it was busy but the waitress was so careless and lazy to give us either service and what we asked for. I don't think I'm coming back for a long time.. I wish I could had the name but she didn't even wanted to bring the check. She told us to get the Total from the table machine, we were celebrating my daughter's bday and didn't want to bring anything to sing or cake( they were doing it for someone else when we got there) there was other things she didn't care about. By the way she had a nose piercing and curly hair.. I'm so disappointed!!!

The food was great and so was service. The only complaint I have is the flies, I had to stop eating and go home because it was overwhelming how many flies were trying to get on our food.
