My experience with Palo Alto Dental Spa was absolutely wonderful! The staff were so kind and welcoming! Dr. Alampalli was fantastic, so gentle and thorough witn my broken tooth! This practice would definitely be my dental care if I didn't leave in Maryland.

I had my first deep cleaning with Dr. Alampalli, and it was an excellent experience. She is incredibly patient, caring, and passionate about her work. She took the time to explain the procedure, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and did a thorough job. Thanks to her care, my gums are much healthier now. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and dedication to her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Alampalli and the Dental Spa to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Dr. Alampalli is amazing! She and her staff are very professional and so kind. I have been coming to Dr. Alampalli for about a year now and have never been happier with a dentist’s services. She explains everything so carefully and makes sure you understand your oral health!

I've been going to Dr. Alampalli since August 2025, originally it was because I cracked one of my wisdom teeth and she was able to see me the same day of calling. I can't say enough great things about her and her staff! They are so friendly, super helpful and it is always a joy to go! She even sees kids and my daughter absolutely loves going to see her! I've never liked the dentist before but now I'm a huge fan and I recommend her to anybody that's looking for a dentist! Thank you to Palo Alto Dental Spa forgetting my smile back!

Dr. Radhika Alampalli and her staff are amazing! It really does feel like a spa. I had a broken tooth and they were able to get me in right away. I left feeling much better. Dr. Alampalli really takes the time to know you. She pauses and looks at you when you are talking to her. She really makes me feel heard.
