When I lived in Dunsmuir this hardware store was a wonderful experience. The McClouds were the nicest people. I am so glad they found such a wonderful couple to continue the history. Wonderful memories.

I love this place! Helpful, knowledgeable staff and quite a wide variety of stock despite the small size. Would be back regularly if I lived in the area!!

Very neat little town , the new owners are getting the store in order and rearranged , bringing in all kinds new items to keep you from having drive to another town , if you need it and Jake the owner don't have it , he will get it for you

This should be minus a star. When paying customers Enter your establishment, A good morning, I'll be with you in a minute, Anything ,Instead of being rudely ignored. Your customer service is unacceptable.

This is the best hardware store. Anywhere. Ron and his staff run this place like a small town hardware store ought to be. It is half museum, half hardware store (with everything you could possibly need) and half free advice/counseling center. If you give them a try three things will happen. You will get what you need (at a good price), you will learn something, and you will make a friend (or two).
