The UPS Store's system for returning wifi equipment was out but Mike at the store knew I was from Lake Arrowhead and wanted to help so he accepted our equipment to be returned to Frontier. As he couldn't get into the system he validated the equipment numbers and as he couldn't give me a receipt had me take a photo of the equipment and give him my email and phone number so he could send me confirmation once his system was up. The next day he confirmed its return and Frontier confirmed receipt. It's great to trust someone to do what they said they would do.

Imagine a line out the door and Mike (owner) having a conversation with the customer at the counter about his time in the military and chit chatting with the customer like they were old friends having a couple of coffee. Keep in mind he was the only person working at the counter. There was no regard for the 6-7 people standing patiently waiting. After 6 min of this and watching the line get longer I had to ask can you please table the chatter and mikes response :: you don't like it go some where else? this ups store is close to me but after this experience I will drive to Azusa . Never have I experienced such blatant disrespect. as a customer. When I made the comment the line magically moved and when i approached the counter, he further reiterated rudeness and pure disregard for me as a customer. I told him I will contact corporate and he further spewed negativity. I have been to this location many times and while I understand small talk I just find small chatter inappropriate when you have a line of people . Mike have some respect for all customers patronizing UPS. While ups is a franchise you (owner) represent the ups brand.

Mike the owner at this location has horrific customer service. The customer experience is not worth the the frustration. Ten out of do not recommend this location. Mike is extremely rude! No stars should be an option. One is way to high a star.

I love this UPS store. Everyone is so nice. Their customer service is amazing. It’s not an easy job dealing with customers with a variety of needs, especially returns. They are totally patient. The manager, who might be the owner, works really hard and makes sure things are running smoothly.

I live nearby and come over quite often. Mike and his team are very friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and efficient. It's always a pleasure to meet them every time. Thank you Mike, keep great work.
