I've been a new member for a few months now. I like the move I made. I did it to get closer with my son. He loves playing basketball with his friends. But I like the gym part. The pool and Jacuzzi and sauna and steam room. I walk in today limping and walk out without the limp. the pool, Jacuzzi and steam room was amazing. Can't wait to come back

I had an amazing experience at this 24 Hour Fitness, and a big reason why was Jacqueline. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel welcome, and provided outstanding customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people, and Jacqueline definitely goes above and beyond. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Jacqueline, for your positivity and professionalism. 24 Hour Fitness is lucky to have you on their team!

Ashely went above and beyond to help me and my husband with our membership. Ive had such a horrible experience prior this pass week with another workers I think their names was jasmine and Jacky they were really ignorant and genuinely so rude . My son and I came up to them while they were talking, not working on the phone and laughing the whole time, and they just walk away . But because of my health I needed to come to sign up and I am very grateful that I did and was able to get help by Ashely. If you need anything she is so kind and helpful.

I just had a beautiful experience signing up for a gym membership at 24 hour fitness in Downey. Desi met with me early, answered all of my questions, and was overall helpful, informative, inspiring and just incredibly nice to work with. This first impression made my sign up experience awesome! I also feel more encouraged to come to the gym because Desi has such inspiring energy. Thank you Desi! Well done.👍🏾
