Gustavo Guzman GM at the Diamond Bar Curl Fitness has accuse my wife of soliciting business for another gym and threaten to cancel her membership just because she had a casual conversation with her friend about what other gyms does she go, other than Curl Fitness, when I reached out to his superior and was assured an apology will be provided by Mr. Gomez next time we meet, instead of an apology, he fabricated another story to me stating my wife have actively pursuing 5 other members and try to recruit them. Nowhere in Curl Fitness membership agreement states she is prohibited from joining or simply mentioning other gyms Mr. Guzman's false accusations was unfair and discriminatory towards my wife an Asian Women. I have since send an e-mail to all the facilities, because there is no information on public records on who is the owner of Curl Fitness so weird ? I Hope the owners will read this review and provide my wife an adequate resolution.

My membership was expired in April and I still have a lot of friend's staying with this gym. The manager is very rude and controlling. After one of the staff willing to give me the price I had with crunch as grandfather law applies. he locked my account and I have to talk to him to discuss the price. I did and it was not pleasant. I miss my friends and I miss the old crunch which don’t have this much of drama. But after reading all the reviews here. I would say sometimes only take one disrespectful person to ruin the business completely

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any gym and I’m almost 43 years old me and my fiancé got a membership but decided ultimately that we didn’t like the place after we left I was talking to her saying the place seemed very salsey. I was on a month-to-month and I never went in that one time and they claim that they screwed up with my card and someway somehow I’m gonna collections being charged over $200 and I will never pay that I will never go to the gym. I will never recommend that place.

Management is deplorable, especially general manager Gustavo Guzman. Nothing screams professionalism like screaming and cursing at members in the middle of the gym and making members and clients (sexually) uncomfortable to the point where they need to leave and cancel. Ring on his finger but eyes on other women. Nasty behavior and clearly no respect for anyone. Watch out for Kenny the trainer too. Seems like these appalling experiences are a dime a dozen based off the reviews alone. Should’ve been fired as soon as yesterday.

The gym has lots of equipment but the loud noise (music) is overbearing. The choice of music is usually loud gangster type. Most patrons have ear buds or ear phones. Is that because they agree about the noise? The manager likes the choice of music.
