Quite a ways out from everything. Purchased a Groupon to check it out, the add a service charge of 22% to the groupon so not that great a deal. The swimming pool is not hot like other hot spring pools I have been too, the jacuzzi jets not all that hard or many, their cold plunge is a done over freezer (I didn't go in a freezer). The massage was quite good, I just can't get over having a surcharge, apparently you are not well thought of to be using a coupon - I wouldn't have found them otherwise? The grounds are nice, the water stations are nice. The one hour before and one hour after is really strange to me! Back home in Nova Scotia when you go to the Nordic spa and book a treatment you get a full day at the spa and trust me; they have a great deal more amenities than The Spring. Plus, I was supposed to have a glass of champagne with my service, I told the girl after my massage, but as I was then on my way out and not all that pleased with the experience, I didn't have it. Be upfront about costs, if you want to charge more for the Groupon then charge more, don't slide in extra fees.

Adults only, no smoking, & quiet - a perfect getaway. my husband surprised me with a Mother’s Day visit & we loved our stay. Ana & Daniela were so helpful during our stay & booking our reservation. Massages: My husband enjoyed his massage with Dale & I had a great prenatal one with Tammie who was very kind + knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her. We both experienced some noise coming from the other room including the changing room near mine, which I didn’t mind/couldn’t be helped. Room: loved the amenities provided & the bed! We felt very comfortable & liked the layout. Floors could get slippery when wet, just be careful 😊 The grounds were SO nice, well maintained & relaxing 😌 such a peaceful time & we hope to come back soon.

Come here for an amazing location, incredible soaking in mineral-rich hot spring waters, wonderful staff, a comfortable bed and a nice room at a great value. We loved our stay here! They even make a stellar pizza, too! 10 of 10! We'd stay here again :)

We had an ok time, as a party of 7 with small kids and teenagers. It was extremely packed, the SMALL lazy river was more like bumper cars and barely floated around since it was so packed. People fighting over seats and reserving seats even when their party wasn’t outside. Then they didn’t let the kids in the spa despite it not being full or packed, or even with adults. Food was barely subpar which I guess is expected for being bar food/pool food. Drinks weren’t strong at all. The activities for kids you had to pay for - nothing was included for the kids. We ate at the desert pearl restaurant and the buffet was very expensive despite the kids being free and food was not good at all, cold and flavorless. But the biggest issue was there were BUGS in our bed. I had to create an incident report and they didn’t try to compensate us for it - I have videos and photos of the bugs and said because there needs to be an investigation apparently. Overall, I don’t recommend, I’m sure there are better resorts in the surrounding areas!!

We paid extra to stay in the Courtyard room with our own private outdoor mineral water tub. The tub was nice for night time soaking. But Don’t get this room if you don’t want be to be next door to the office and hear the phone ringing off the hook day and night; or the staff talking loudly with each other while telling you to whisper around the property. This resort is small but very cute and outdated. The bed was horrible. The mattress had zero support on a creaky bed frame. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars to end up sleeping on the couch. We shortened our stay to two nights. They need to update the rooms with better mattress/furniture.
