I’ve been coming to this gym for a while now and genuinely enjoy working out here, so I want to start by saying that I do appreciate the gym and understand that the employees have a job to do. I also completely understand that cleaning is necessary and that the staff needs to keep the gym clean and sanitary. However, over the last 2–4 months, I’ve noticed a few things that have become increasingly frustrating and disappointing. One thing I’ve noticed multiple times is the way the floors are being cleaned while people are actively working out. I’ve seen an employee start mopping directly over or around people’s feet while they are standing there. I even saw it happen to an elderly woman today as the employee started mopping right next to her feet as she was working out me and the elder lady both looked at each other because we both noticed it wasn’t right .I actually noticed this a while back and initially thought maybe I was just exaggerating or being overly sensitive, but I’ve now seen it happen around three times, so I know I’m not the only one who might find it uncomfortable. I’ve also noticed that when people are using the treadmills, employees will sometimes start cleaning directly next to them while they’re still working out. I completely understand wanting to clean the equipment, but when someone is actively using a machine and an employee starts cleaning right beside them or literally the treadmill you are using, it can almost feel like you’re being encouraged to hurry up and get off. What makes it more frustrating is that this seems to happen during some of the busiest times, when there are plenty of less-busy periods where cleaning could potentially be done without disturbing as many members. I’ve even noticed employees laughing or joking with each other while doing this, which can make the situation come across as even more disrespectful. Another issue I’ve noticed is people sitting on machines for long periods of time while being on their phones and not actually using the equipment. I understand that you get what you pay for and that this isn’t a private gym, but it can be frustrating when you’re trying to get a workout in and someone has been sitting on the same machine for 20–30 minutes without really using it. Then you have to awkwardly walk up and ask whether they’re still using it. It might be helpful to have signs reminding members that if they’re going to be off a machine for 10–15 minutes, they should allow someone else to use it in the meantime. Some people are working out on a time limit and shouldn’t have to wait that long for equipment. None of these things were really an issue for me before, which is why I’ve been wondering what has changed recently. I really do like coming here and I want to continue enjoying this gym, but the changes I’ve noticed over the past few months have been disappointing. I’m not expecting everything to be perfect, and I understand that this is a busy gym and that employees have responsibilities. I just think there could be a little more consideration for members who are actively trying to work out, especially during busy hours. I’m sharing this because I genuinely enjoy this gym and would like to see these things improve, not because I’m trying to unnecessarily complain. Hopefully management can take these concerns into consideration.

This place charged me extra money on my bill for no reason and wouldnt wave it. Don't fall for the one dollar trick. Then, that crowd meter that they have in the app. That thing is, the biggest liar they got it spoofed. I gotta be honest If this is the only gym in town then I don't go to the gym.

This place is the worst If you like, waiting in line, getting sick from people, not washing their hands and being in a room shoulder to shoulder with people. Because it's so packed then, this is the place for you.
