This place will probably shut down completely with the way it's being run. They ruined mine & my daughter's birthday plans. I bought tickets, we showed up & they were closing early due to not having many people show up so we were refunded without even an apology & on top of that they have signs refusing to take cash so now you have to pay with cards only. Great way to run paying customers away permanently because we won't ever be back!

Have been to this location multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience which is why I’m leaving 3 stars and not just 1. I always show up with a small purse that can barely fit my car keys let alone anything else. So why did the older woman in the front feel the need to check it? And why did she not check every single person? Is she just picking and choosing who she wants? Is it random or is just anyone that is not to her liking?I tried to contact management through the app/website and it showed I can expect a response within 48 hours and still never received anything which is why I am leaving this review.

Worst experience ever!!!! No drinks, No water in the restrooms, Disrespectful kids in the theater wouldn’t let us enjoy the movie. And when we went to go complain, it took 10 minutes for an employee to help us At customer service. We finally let them know about the kids. He didn’t seem interested in kicking them out or handling them. He did give us tickets for another movie, but they did not refund our original tickets

So I have never been to a movie theater where I've only been able to pay with a credit card instead of cash I live in Visalia I normally go to the Galaxy Tulare and I was in town to visit family and I was appalled at the fact that I could only credit card and they would not accept my cash I will never come to the theater ever again there should be some type of notice on online that specifies you can only use a credit card. Like I said before I will never come to the theater ever again
