I had a great experience at Young Again Massage! I called the same day and they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The massage was excellent - especially for my feet and calves, with just the right amount of pressure. The space was clean, comfortable, and smelled really nice, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I highly recommend this spa and clinic for the excellent care and service they provide to their clients and patients; I am very satisfied with all the services. Thank you to Dr. Kim and his wife for always making time for my appointments. If you are looking for massages or a chiropractor, this is the perfect place.

This has always been my go-to spa whenever I need to relax, which is why I was so disappointed with my experience today. When I called to make my appointment, I specifically requested two female therapists, and the receptionist confirmed my request. However, when we arrived, we were assigned one male therapist and one female therapist instead. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the receptionist's attitude. (Her name is Yuri)? Instead of apologizing for the mistake and trying to resolve the situation, she argued with me. A sincere apology and a professional approach would have made all the difference. I came here expecting to relax, but instead, the experience turned out to be very stressful. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds their staff that respectful and professional customer service is just as important as the quality of the treatments.

Longtime client for therapeutic massage, always a professional experience until my most recent appointment. The therapist touched me inappropriately near my groin without consent and did not stop until I told him to. I have filed a police report for sexual battery and complaints with the state licensing boards overseeing this business. Posting so others are aware before booking.

I Usually do feel very young again after leaving here but this time I feel quite not youthful. Ken focused too much on my lower leg and little to no attention to my hand and feet. Another review mentioned the same issue. He did ok my back but everything else felt so rushed and incomplete. My parter got the Female masseuse who did much better and was actually polite and friendly. He didn’t say much to me at all. Quite lacking of service felt very cold especially after the holidays. You don’t always have to speak English but compassion should be a required trait of someone in this industry. I would only go again if offered half off and with female therapist which did a great job. This time I feel like I was robbed of proper healing.
