Having driven from far away it was time for an oil change. I stopped somewhere else but came here because they have Valvoline Full Synthetic High Mileage oil. I also requested a full Synthetic filter. I did not have too wait long for the service and all went well. My only concern was the suggestion to replace my serpentine belt. It was changed ten days prior before I left on my long drive. The facilities were neat, fairly clean and well kept. All employees from the counter to the car were very pleasant and nice. I would come back here if I were a local.

Misleading pricing, double charging, and terrible customer service. I booked a wheel alignment online for my Mazda CX-30 for $105 after the advertised discount. Goodyear already had my exact vehicle information. At the shop, they suddenly raised the price to $119.95, claiming the CX-30 is an SUV. Instead of adjusting the original payment, they charged me again, so I was charged twice for one service. The employee did not even apologize. Live chat was useless, and phone support could only promise that the first charge would be reversed. Nobody could explain the price difference. This was a bait-and-switch experience followed by incompetent payment handling and rude customer service. Avoid this place.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting a nail in my tire in my 3-month old Volkswagen with a non-repairable and discontinued tire. Long story short, I was faced with putting a non-matching tire on or cancelling my weekend trip/waiting on the replacement due to the issue... Bill found my exact tire at another store, went on his own time to get it before his store opened the next day, and coordinated sending the tire and fitting my replacement in at another location closer to where I lived the following morning. Thank you so much Bill!

We get the tires done at Goodyear. Nathaniel and team did a good job today promptly replacing tires, the cores and also balancing them. I was able to work out a good price well under the advertised special price, so all good! Better to do some homework esp., visiting the Goodyear website to check on the right size, stock, and specials before heading out to the store. def recommend them.

A lot upsell, even feeling a bit threaten. “this oil gonna break you engine, you should use more expensive oil” Pricing is very confusing, giving random discount but in the end price still be higher than other place even with good year tire. I am very hesitant to come back here tbh even i have 2 years wheeling calibration which i purchased already.
