EDIT: Response to my review was an obviously AI created email and offer for a 50% off coupon. But what is needed is a refund for the items that we paid for and didn't receive. Ordered online and gave a ready time of half hour. When arriving was told the order wasn't even started yet. Would be another fifteen minutes. Waited in car only to watch staff lock the door at closing time and had to knock to get our pizzas. Never tried reaching out to us that it was ready or apologizing for wait. And one pizza was missing toppings. Truly sad service, won't use again.

The app estimated 30 minutes and updated as "completed". The actual wait was 1 hour and 30 minutes. During that time, staff repeatedly said our order would be "coming up soon," with no honest estimate and no meaningful communication about the delay. After waiting all that time, we got home and discovered both pizzas were wrong. It's impressive to fail on speed, communication, accuracy, and customer service all in a single order, but somehow this location managed it. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped ordering here over a year ago.

This is the 3rd pizza we have bought here that was awful. Crust never gets done. Never buying your pizza again. So disappointed. It used to be good. I don't know what you changed but we give up :(

Complete waste of money. Papa murphys is supposed to be fresh. My boyfriend and I both worked in pizza parlors, papa Murphys being the place he worked so let me tell you, we know bad dough when we see it. Didn’t rise and fell apart even after a few extra minutes of the amount of time it’s supposed to cook. Completely disgusted and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone to make it right. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to papa murphys in Crescent City.

Ordered on the app sat out front 35 minutes Later I go in they still haven’t made my pizza I go back outside stand out there for a while come back in they still haven’t made my pizza I get my pizza home no bacon no tomatoes nothing that’s typically on the pizza that I ordered. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what I ordered. The first time I walk in the girl says it’ll be just a minute I’m OK with that go out hang out for a while come back in when I come back in she looks at me like something she scraped off of a shoe.
