Raul and his team are amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure your car is returned to you better than it came in. Customer service and the level or work is above dealerships and other bigger repair shops. Thanks for all the work!

Just heard from the owner Raul. He has agreed to use the money I had paid would be used to do the brake fluid flush - and I do believe that he was unaware of the telephone conversation I had with Daniel requesting that the $ 195 I had paid upfront to be used to do the brake fluid flush. Since I did not hear from Daniel or Raul I was a little upset - Please disregard my previous post written about an hour ago.

It took from July to finally be legal. I had a long paragraph about my experience but when I tried to add photos it went away. I'm glad it's done. The phote shows a place where a part was missing and a photo of my dash that now has the red airbag and engine lights are on now. Only once did they say they would call me back. I called many times over the 5 weeks they had my car. I'm glad I was given a loaner. The car wasn't put back together, I had to wait for them to do it. Not sure why they waited until I got there.

Hit something on the freeway and gave them a call - they were able to take a look quickly, fix the issue and get me back on the road. Great service, much appreciated!

Raul’s Auto Repair Is LITERALLY the BEST auto shop! I’ve had and also sell used cars and they have lasted me so long after taking them to Raul . I get all of my new cars serviced and maintainance repair there as well. I am not very knowledgeable on why cars get messed up etc but Raul’s auto repair has always fixed any problem o have had. Thank you Raul! If I could grade more than 5 stars I would!
