I would like to thank Dylan at McLays Services. Dylan was very thorough in his inspection of my AC unit after McLays being out a few times Dylan was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed properly. Thank you so much for your hard work. Thanks to Dylan my AC unit is running properly now and super cold.

I would like to thank Bryan from McLay plumbing who came out promptly and did an excellent job on my shower, toilet, and two sinks. The price was very fair and the work was exceptional! He was neat and clean and extremely knowledgeable along with his personality . He was absolutely fantastic!

On December 30, 2025, I wrote a one star review on the service done by McLay Services, Inc. It’s a very simple work of determining the problem on my 10 year old tankless water heater. Their supervisor, Chad Delk, came and after a 30-minute work told me the problem and handed me a bill for $295.00 for the 30- minute work he just completed. Of course I have to pay him with my credit card. After he left, I immediately started writing my review on the most expensive work done on any of my home devices and gave them a “one star” review. Then, I was informed that there was a mistake in billing. The work done should only have cost $95.00 and immediately, I was refunded $200.00. I am modifying my review from one star to five stars for their honesty in admitting their mistake and correcting it in good faith. With what McLay Services, Inc. has demonstrated, this Five Stars review has indicated that you can trust them. Note: Lessons Learned: Ask first before any work has to be done so as to avoid any surprises….Jorge Gonzales

I don't do Google Reviews unless someone earns 5 stars. Got another goodie today! McLay Services!!! This is my third time hiring them. They did my Carrier AC years back, and something else that slips my sextagenarian mind. Anyways, upon reflecting on today's work by the awesome "Good Sir Paul" here's what came to mind: Timely -- Check Speedy -- Check Clean -- Check Knowledgeable -- Check Professional -- Check Safe -- Check Reassuring -- Check No Pressure Sales -- Check Value for Money -- Check, Check, Check! I had dropped an earring down my bathroom sink and also had an issue with our kitchen sink. I was able to get an appointment right away. Bryan came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what he was doing and resolved both issues within a very short time. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend McLay for anyone's plumbing needs.
