Haven’t been there in forever and I forgot how well their clothes fit me. Great service and great sales.

April is amazing ! She's why we shop there verses other stores.

I was really excited to try LOFT for the first time, but the experience was frustrating. One of my items got canceled without notice, another was delayed with no tracking update, and overall the delivery was late. I expected better customer service and communication. Definitely not the smooth shopping experience I hoped for

Anglo workers, not so attentive to Latino costumers..I had observed them being friendly with their own race. Doesn't affect me at all, I still shop there, it is just my observation during the countless times I've been there. Cultural orientation won't hurt them ;)

Love the Loft at Dos Lagos! Great sale going on right now - everything is 50% off! Very helpful staff.
