Amazing experience at Dr Head Spa! The service was extremely professional, relaxing, and thoughtful. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. The scalp treatment was incredibly soothing, and I left feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a premium head spa experience.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Head Spa. The head spa treatment was incredibly relaxing and professional. My scalp felt clean, refreshed, and much healthier after the session. The staff was gentle, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The space was clean and calming, and I felt completely relaxed throughout the treatment. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Dr. Head Spa to anyone looking for real scalp care and stress relief.

I wasn’t happy with my experience at all. I expected more of a massage/ relaxing experience, the lady assigned to me didn’t really have a good touch at all. She asked if I wanted more firm I said yes and proceeded to do it exactly the same. My scalp is extremely dry post service and it’s been itching me from being so dry. I don’t think this is normal especially since I paid for an upgrade of a hair mask. I don’t feel like I got a hair mask at all or done correctly. I paid extra for the 90 minutes not quite sure what the point was. Overall I would NOT recommend not sure if I just got unlucky with who did my service but I walked out paying close to 200 including tip and I did not feel the cost aligned with what I got. It felt very half effort and my hair doesn’t feel good and my scalp is just super itchy now.

I was actually really impressed with my experience at Dr. Headspa. My friend and I both got the Boutique Spa Package, and everything was amazing. The treatment itself was relaxing, and I honestly would've given this place 5 stars, until it came time to pay. The Boutique Spa Package was priced at $105, but I was charged $107. I didn't think much of it because I assumed the extra $2 was just a debit card processing fee. What really upset me was how tipping was handled. It felt like tipping wasn't optional, it felt expected. My friend was basically being pressured into tipping, and the employee helping her was putting a lot of pressure on her to leave one. Then it was my turn. I told the employee I'd be tipping in cash, and she seemed fine with that. But when I handed her the cash I had, she looked unhappy. She even walked over to another coworker and started talking in their language. I don't know what they were saying, but I can tell by their expressions and body language, it definitely felt like they weren't happy with the amount I tipped. I decided to asked the employee, "Is there a problem with the amount I'm tipping? Were you wanting more?" She immediately changed her attitude and smiled, like she was hoping I would give more. I told her that was all the cash I had to tip, and after I said that the dissatisfied attitude came right back. My friend and I left feeling pretty uncomfortable. I completely understand that tips are appreciated, but they should never be expected. A tip is optional, and customers shouldn't feel pressured or judged based on how much they choose to leave. It's honestly disappointing because the actual spa experience was great, but the attitude we received over tipping completely ruined our first time head spa experience.

Amy did an incredible job!! My hair has never felt this clean before. They use this hair tonic at the end of the service and it felt so cooling on my scalp. I will definitely be coming back!
