Got a great deal on Groupon and came on a Friday around 3:30pm, peak heat, and it was so hot inside. Kids struggled to really enjoy themselves because the heat was no joke. Also, lots of unsupervised kids running a muck and destroying some of the amenities. On our way out we caught a glimpse of the thermostat, it was 80 degrees inside. I wouldn’t recommend, not enjoyable for the kids and not safe from the summer heat!

Great spot- friendly staff, everything is kept clean, organized processes, great birthday party package options, good food/drinks, lockers, massage chairs, separate dining area, designated space for littles, and late-night cosmic jump hours! Groupon discounts always available! Downside - strange hours of operation and no monthly/annual membership.

We did a Forester's Moments event for 60. The kids and families had so much fun. The staff were great. We had pizza 🍕 and sodas with our group booking and a party room. Everyone had a great time. This is a great place for family fun! Thanks Big Air Staff you were all great.

Nans is the best at welcoming people. She sets the tone for a nice experience at the park. Uncommonly high energy and great attitude for a young person. Everyone here ought to follow her lead. I really hope that management is paying attention.

Omg! We had the best time! I took my kids and their friend (ages 15,14,9,& 4). They were able to play together, by themselves, with or without other kids. There were comfortable areas to rest and they had a very clean/well maintained snack bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!!!
