*** UPDATED REVIEW *** Shortly after my initial review, Sharin, the GM of this location, reached out and invited us back as an apology for our Father's Day experience. I’m so glad we went—this time around, the service was amazing and the food had definitely, definitely improved! Sharin was so kind and even recommended some really great appetizers to kick off our meal, along with fantastic beer recommendations that my husband absolutely loved. Here’s a breakdown of what we ordered during our return visit: Blackberry Smash Mocktail - perfect and refreshing on a warm summer day. Russian River STS Pilsner - my husband loved this Sumo Splash - Taste like a refreshing watermelon beer. Brussel Sprouts: Crispy with a delicious flavor—the almonds added a really nice crunch Mac and Cheese Balls: Scrumptious, as always! Fish and Chips (Dinner): 5 stars. It came with three sizeable pieces of cod and fingerling potatoes. The fish was indeed back to how we remembered it before. The coleslaw brought out as an extra side was also very good. Fish Tacos w/ Truffle Fries: The fish was flaky and perfectly cooked, and the truffle fries were amazing. Bourbon Barrel Cake: Candied pecans, warm bourbon caramel, and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. So delicious, 5 stars!! Overall, Sharin was very attentive and truly determined to ensure that Eureka! remains the go-to spot for a delicious, fulfilling meal. Sharin is definitely great at her job, and I encourage GMs at other Eureka! locations to take notes on how she handled our situation. She managed everything with such grace and professionalism which completely changed our minds after we had sworn never to come back. Eureka! Concord is officially back on our regular dining list thanks to great leadership. 🙂 ORIGINAL REVIEW: We used to love bringing family to Eureka! in Concord, but our recent Father's Day weekend lunch was incredibly disappointing. The food quality and portion sizes have completely tanked. We all left hungry and let down. For 4 adults, all of the portions looked similar to kids' meals: Poke Bowl: The ahi tuna did not taste fresh at all, which is incredibly disappointing for raw seafood. Double Smash Burger: My husband ordered a burger, and it looked like it was served on a cheap bun similar to what you'd get at McDonald’s. The patty sizes were also something similar to what you would get at McDonald's. Fish & Chips: Both of our dads ordered this. Not only was the fish dry and low-quality, but the "dinner size" plates initially arrived with only two tiny pieces. We had to point this out to our waitress before they finally dropped a third piece to correct the portion. Menu & Beer Changes: They have discontinued their tomato soup (my dad's absolute favorite) and completely rotated the beer list, and removed the Kölsch option (my husband's go-to). For the price, the current food quality and tiny adult portions are unacceptable. We used to love this place and visit this regularly but its really changed for the worse. We won't be returning to any locations after this visit.

This place has the best fish and chips! I love the macaroni and cheese balls too. Service is always great.

I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the dishes and fancy drinking glass. Less crowded than where I normally go. It is still open, though construction has fences around the front entrance. My Napa chicken sandwich with fries was just under $20 and quite filling. Ginger drink was $6. Dessert was $13. Add tax and tip, came to $51. A bit pricey, but worth it. I loved the peanut turtle pie with peanut gnoche. Yum❣️😋

My time spent at this place was high lighted by the amazing service that was provided to us. All those there was 8 of us I was made to feel like I was the only customer in the store. The atmosphere was alright nothing crazy it was what you would expect. The food was something you would see almost anyplace elsewhere the quality was nothing to write home about and this disappointed me in ways that made me cry to my self. The reason I will not be coming back to this place was the price and I cannot believe how expensive this place was you where spending at least 20$ a burger at this place and 20$ was not good enough for what food they where producing it was like I was telling them to slap me in the face every time I took a bite of my over priced burger

Visited this restaurant Sunday for a date night with my girlfriend. I like how the hours are open late, beats the odds of looking for a restaurant after a movie date at the Veranda theaters. Food and drinks were great. We enjoyed our shareable appetizer, Mac N’ Cheese Balls and Dry Rub Wings. For our mains, I tried the Al Pastor Fish Tacos and my girl had the served all day Breakfast Burrito w/ choice of tater tots. Food was delicious! Didn’t get to snap a pic of our cocktails but we ordered the Wild Child and Tequila Paloma. Honestly, I had a great dinner night. Service was excellent. Winter, thank you for serving us without a doubt. Great restaurant to dine late in the evening.
